Churn & Learn: Butter Making Class
Join The Village' Hall’s Chef, Ray Russo, on Thursday, April 18 during this hands-on Butter Making Class. He will provide a small batch of ingredients for you to get started with, while walking you through the process from scratch. As your butter comes to life, spread it on a variety of fresh breads, baked in-house by Chef Ray.
