Kitchen a la Mode Mozzarella Making Class

At Kitchen a la Mode, on Oct 18th from 6pm to 9pm, led by Mozzarella Di Michael, he'll show how to create mozzarella thrice. He'll demo it first, then guide you as you make it, and finally, we'll whip up some delicious appetizers. We'll enjoy plates like Mozzarella Stacked Caprese (with meat!), Marinated Mozzarella, Soppresata, Prosciutto Di Parma, Capicollo, Roasted Peppers, Artichokes, tapenades, sun-dried tomatoes and more. Plus, we'll try our hands at making Italian-style Mozzarella Sushi rolls!
