Kitchen a la Mode Cherry Hand Pie Class With Ellen Gray

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, a 2-hour hands-on class dedicated to hand pies. Each participant will make one batch of classic pie pastry and one using whole grain flour. We’ll use a made-from-scratch Wisconsin cherry filling and munch on some pies while we’re working.

 Bring your questions! All participants are asked to bring two 4-ounce sticks of cold, unsalted butter with them.
