UNDER COVER MUSIC FEST VENDOR FORMS
South Orange Downtown would love for your business to participate in our upcoming music fest, on Saturday, May 31st 2-10pm (rain date Sunday, June 1st from 12-8pm), at the Sloan Street Parking. The lot will be filled with thousands of people for the Under Cover Music Fest (UCMF).
South Orange Downtown businesses are invited to sell food, snacks, beverages (non-alcoholic) and/or products at the event and for attendees to engage with our local businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your customer base and have a profitable day while participating in a great community event. There is NO FEE to participate. The requirements to participate are simple:

You must be prepared to set-up and sell in the Sloan St Lot (you will be assigned a spot).
SETUP REQUIREMENTS: Vendors are responsible for all setup materials needed including a 10’ x 10’ tent, table(s), tablecloths, promotional materials, electricity, POS system, etc.

Please complete this vendor form no later than March 12th to secure your spot at this year’s Under Cover Music Fest. If you're unsure of the items you'll be selling, no problem—submit the form anyway so we can reserve your space, and simply write "TBD" under "Items."

REQUIRED FOR VENDORS COOKING ON SITE ONLY
IMPORTANT NOTE: All required fire safety paperwork must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the event date—no exceptions. If you plan to cook under your tent, it must be a Fire Certified Flame Retardant Pop Up Tent measuring 10’ x 10’.

Fire Safety Permit (Type 1): Submit on the website and pay the one-time $54 fee (When completing this form, you can upload the additional required forms below as attachments)
PLEASE ATTACH THE FORMS BELOW TO YOUR FIRE SAFETY PERMIT APPLICATION AS “ADDITIONAL ITEMS”:
Fire Permit Application (Type 1): Please list both the event date and the rain date on this form [Sat May 31st and Sun Jun 1st]
Current Certificate of Insurance (COI): Must name South Orange Village.
Current Kitchen Hood Suppression Report (if applicable).
