1) MEND: Director of Development and Communications (Essex County, NJ)

An organization I love working with is MEND. I'm excited to share that they are hiring for a new, senior role: the Director of Development and Communications.

The Director of Development & Communications will work closely with the Executive Director to advance sustainable growth towards MEND's vision of healthy food access, with dignity, for all. They will be responsible for planning, implementing and having oversight of all fundraising and communications activities - including building an overall development strategy for MEND's next phase of growth.

2) Healthy Communities Consulting: Grant Writer/Project Associate (Remote)

Healthy Communities Consulting (HCC) is a boutique consulting firm run by a colleague of mine that specializes in grant writing and related services for nonprofit health and human service agencies across the US. Their services include grant writing, grant prospecting, program development, budget development, grant submissions, grants management, research, evaluation plan development, evaluation and quality assurance, and strategic planning. 

They are seeking a Grant Writer/Project Associate to provide grant writing, project coordination, grant prospecting, administrative support, and data research. This position has a flexible schedule and remote work. 

3) VisArts: Individual Giving Manager (Rockville, MD)

It's such an honor to work with VisArts! A nonprofit arts center located in Rockville, MD, with art classes and camps, four contemporary art galleries, studios, artist residencies and fellowships, a supported studio program for artists with disabilities, and community outreach programs. They are a caring, creative community and their mission is to transform individuals and communities through the visual arts. 

They are seeking a dynamic individual with at least five years of experience in non-profit fundraising, individual giving, and donor relations to join their team. The Individual Giving Manager reports directly to VisArts’ Vice President of Development. This is a part-time (30 hours/week with benefits), exempt, hybrid position with two days/week onsite and some in-person meetings and event attendance.
