Reconnecting with the Sacred Self - A Guided Journey Back to You
New Year, New You? How many times have we all tried that to no avail? What if this year you decided it was finally time you really Knew You, exactly as you are, instead? Join Three Birds Yoga Studio in this four week series where we will journey back to our inner knowing by reconnecting with and reclaiming parts of ourselves that may be misunderstood or have been obscured from our view.
Through guided meditation, the breath, sound, and parts work, licensed psychologist and energy worker, Dr. Danielle Taylor will support participants in connecting with the parts of them that are carrying heavy burdens and beliefs that need to be met with love and openness to be alchemized and transformed to reveal their wisdom and gifts. In this workshop we will connect to these parts in a safe and approachable way creating space for transformation and growth so you can begin to experience more clarity, connectedness, curiosity, and spaciousness in your inner and outer worlds.

Reiki Infused Sound Healing.
Invitation to parts that emerged to experience the safe energetic field we created to be seen, heard, sensed, and known.
Closing-return to space, journal, and group debrief.
