About Craft Club Studio AND THE OWNERS

CRAFT CLUB STUDIO is an art and craft studio in South Orange, NJ helping folks connect with their creativity and build community through craft.

With a focus on fiber arts such as embroidery, weaving, macrame, knitting and needlepoint, CRAFT CLUB recontextualizes these traditional art forms into modern, joyful, outlets for self expression and community connection. They offer workshops, classes and parties for crafters of all ages.

Meet the Owners of Craft Club Studio:
Ilene Moreno, a Maplewood resident with a BFA in Textiles from The Rhode Island School of Design, brings her passion for crafting and community building to the studio. Her current favorites include needlepoint houseplant portraits and punch needle mug rugs.

Ross Moreno, the studio’s "Chief Fix-It Officer," holds a BFA in Sculpture and an MFA in 3D design and performance art. He’s not only handy around the studio but also loves sharing his magic tricks!
