On Feb 9th at 10AM, just in time for Valentine’s Day, a 2-hour hands-on class dedicated to hand pies. Each participant will make one batch of classic pie pastry and one using whole grain flour. We’ll use a made-from-scratch Wisconsin cherry filling and munch on some pies while we’re working.
