LIGHTYEAR Breakfast and a Movie
feat The Village Cinemas at SOPAC and Sonny’s Bagels
South Orange Downtown presented the first installment of Downtown on Display featuring The Village Cinemas at SOPAC/Cinemalab & Sonny’s Bagels. Free breakfast was provided by Sonny’s Bagels with the purchase of a ticket the morning showing of Pixar’s Lightyear. We also raffled off Lightyear themed prizes.
YOGA ON VILLAGE PLAZA
feat ThREE BIRDS YOGA STUDIO & THE DANCING BLENDER
To celebrate Three Birds Yoga Studio’s 1 year anniversary, we hosted a free outdoor yoga experience right on the streets of South Orange, at Village Plaza. Three Birds Yoga Studio, Co-Owner, Christina Helms lead an all-levels yoga class accompanied by a live DJ and post stretch, guests enjoyed some power shots from The Dancing Blender.
Fall Festival
A perfect way to kick off the fall Season!
With colder weather on its way, fall spirit was beginning to fill the air! Crafts, pumpkin picking, music, games, and story time from the South Orange Public Library got everyone ready to start off the season right. Entertainment was provided by Little Brain Lab, Sparkhouse Toys, Sew Lena, Oh! Canary, Best in Class, Yoni Kreger Salon, South Orange Public Library, Wildly Floral Co., the Learning Experience, Grid Iron Waffle Shop, and our pumpkin patch sponsor Hearth Realty Group.

Handheld bites and warm drinks were being served up all over South Orange downtown! Even locals got to discover their new future favorite spot to eat while sampling from all different types of restaurants. There were even shopping deals and discounts only for this event- the only problem? Picking a favorite!

Head-to-head battles of latte foam art had us on the edge of our seats! Contestants went all out to try to win the audience’s votes in order to advance on, eventually to the finals. Never fear, no cup was left unsipped.
Cinco de Mayo

We came together with Wildly Floral Co., Miti Miti, and Neighbor’s Wine Shop to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with make-your-own bouquets, wine tastings, and delicious samplings from Miti Miti.
