SOUTH ORANGE DOWNTOWN CRAFT Beer FEST

The 1st South Orange Downtown Craft Brew Fest will take place on Sat Sept 14th from 2PM - 6PM in the Sloan Street Parking Lot in the heart of South Orange, NJ. This will be a ticketed beer tasting event for 21+ over crowd. If you are interested in being a brewery vendor at this event please read all the guidelines below and submit the application form.

BREWERY APPLICATION FORM

Brewery Guidelines 

  • All applicants must be available for the date of the event, Sat Sept 14 and the rain date of Sun Sept 15th

  • Submit a Certificate of Business Insurance listing Township of South Orange and the South Orange Village Center Alliance as additional insured

  • Standard booth size is 10’ x 10’. There will be no exceptions

  • No electric service will be available at the event. If you will require power, please plan on using a quiet generator

  • Breweries will be responsible for their full setup (including tent, jockey box, tables, tablecloth, lighting, chairs, electricity etc…) Feel free to personalize your space- add décor or a festive feel to your setup. This is not required, but encouraged

  • South Orange Downtown will provide ice and cups for beer

  • Tents must be weighted. Please be sure to have tent weights or simply tie something heavy to your tent legs to keep them secure

  • South Orange Downtown is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to breweries space, merchandise or personal property. Brewery will hold sole responsibility for any property including display and merchandise in brewer's booth

  • Breweries and/or their representatives are responsible for setup and break down of space, and serving during event hours

  • Booths should be staffed at all times by brewery personnel

Important Notes

  • There is NO access to power or wifi for vendors. If you need power for lighting, point of sales or wifi access, please plan to bring your own. Many vendors use jetpacks for wifi, portable power packs for electric and rechargeable magnetic LED lights for lighting (Amazon, Best Buy or Home Depot usually have reasonable priced options for these types of items)
